OpenMP adds special syntax for parallel constructs.  AFAIK there is
no OpenMP standard for Pascal, but any solution following OpenMP
spirit must modify parser.  Also, OpenMP capabilities appeared in
GCC 4.2, so one has to update gpc to work with GCC 4.2.

In short: OpenMP requires changes to compiler proper.
