GNU Pascal Compiler 64-bit version

Thanks for the response!  RedHat Cygwin looks like Linux running on top of
Windows in the same way that DosBox looks like MSDOS running on top of
Windows.

The only 64-bit version I have been able to compile is for Linux. See
